Blackberry desktop manager software 8703e
In Parallels, things were actually quite a bit worse. In desperation, I went back to Boot Camp and after trying a few more things, finally called Sprint tech support. I got disconnected twice after waiting on hold, but the 3rd guy I spoke with was actually quite helpful. We went through a number of hoops, but no success. Finally, he ran across something that advised us to reinstall the phone OS software. When I tried using the Sprint Connection kit again, it worked!
A speed test showed a kb connection — not bad. A 1MB file download took 24 seconds. If you know what would make a device show up properly in XP but not be seen by the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software, please enlighten me. Then and only then could I plug in the usb cable that was attached on the other end to my phone and the device manager would get the device attach event and start working properly. In addition, and as usual BB tells me it a problem with the software and not the phone.
If the software is the blackberry version, they would have any relevant patches it's highly modified and they're supposed to provide support. This jamoke is starting to answer shop and argue rather than to do as suggested. He has another thread going with the same topic. You are apparently to busy to help and have more time to make names at me rather that try to help. I will not be revisiting this site to look and see if anyone else has tried to help and I will be doing everything I can to get rid of ROXIO and disassociate myself with any of the software from that company.
It's all down to Blackberry. You posted in the Venue and Qflix forum. You don't have that and your post was moved to where more people would see it.
You were given some suggestions here and I made a suggestion there. Did you try any of it? Did you get your phone from a source where you cannot download the updates from Blackberry. ATT, Verizon, etc? You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. This leads to lost productivity each time you switch from one device to the other. Until now. BlackBerry Blend is easy to set up. Simply download and install the software for your computer or tablet and then log in with your BlackBerry ID.
